I know most of you who took part in the parking sale hate Ace Parking and possibly CEO Jon Gjerset with a fiery passion. However, I do think they had the best intentions and made a sincere effort at facilitating a smooth sale - they just didn't handle the ensuing meltdown very well. Hopefully they've learned both technical and psychological lessons from what was truly the worst online sale of 2014 (and maybe recent years.)
In a show of good faith, Gjerset has offered to make some reparations (though I'm guessing his ability to do so is limited.) He just tweeted "If you wanted a spot at the Hilton or Conv Ctr and didn't get it, let us know. We may be able to help. Email email@example.com." Probably there's been an avalanche of emails by now, but it's worth a shot if you're still looking for parking.
