I wonder if ...I didn't even notice his absence! I wonder if they're just waiting for more guest confirmations before scheduling his slot. They've hyped his appearance pretty hard.

The authors they have this year aren't my thing, but I appreciate that they have the Writer's Block. All those fandoms commingle and there are so many writers that go to Cons, it's good to see the literary life represented there.Valeriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06289772971099476495noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4392159341550196250.post-85649539901947092472016-03-02T16:45:56.642-08:002016-03-02T16:45:56.642-08:00One thing that bothered me was that there was no N...One thing that bothered me was that there was no Norman Reedus panel. This smacks of last year, when they cancelled Steven Yuen's panel so he could spend another hour selling autographs instead. This is a really disappointing trend, and is the kind of thing that leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I can only hope that Norman's panel will be announced shortly.

That being said, I'm a huge fan of Zombie Orpheus, and I'm thrilled to see them both premiering their new webseries and hosting a Gamers: Live event. These are things that they normally only do at GenCon, so it's very special to have them at ECCC this year.

I was also excited to see the roster of authors they have this year. For some reason, they haven't listed any of them on the 'special guests' page, like they did last year.Transmute Junnoreply@blogger.com
